Office Building HQE (positive energy)

Client: Natekko | Architect: Triptyque + Bidard & Raissi
Surface: 12.100 m² | Ground: xx m²
City: Courbevoie | Country: France
Schedule: 2009 – 2012

The project of the new headquarters of INPI cultivates both the opening on the city and the intimacy within the building. It values the relationship of the building to its environment for the well being of its occupants and to minimize energy needs. For this project, we have associated the ancestral technique of half-timbering with the recent technique of bioclimatic architecture.

In frontage, large windows favor the contacts with the outside and the natural lighting. Inside, a patio hosts a lush garden, “ecological heart” of the project. Visible on the facade, it mixes with the contemporary lines of the building and the wooden structure. All workspaces are on the first day and their layout is flexible (open or closed).

For optimal comfort and energy savings, a geothermal device and solar panel cover complete this HQE® positive energy building.

Today recognized for its contemporary work and expertise in sustainable construction, the Triptyque agency is invited to create installations that are presented at the Hong Kong / Shenzhen biennial in 2009, at the Guggenheim Museum in New York, at the London Festival of Architecture, at the Victoria & Albert Museum of London in 2010; and in the permanent collection of the Pompidou Center in Paris since January 2014.
