Triptyque received The Van Alen Council in São Paulo

Triptyque received the 30 members of the Van Alen International Council in São Paulo. The Council is led by Kai-UweBergmann, BjarkeIngels Group (BIG) and Kim Herforth Nielsen, 3XN. During 3 days they visited few architecture and urbanism hotspots such as the SESC Pompeia made by Lina Bo Bardi, the Niemeyer iconic building “Copan”, they discussed density in contemporary city in the social place PEPA in Paraisopolis favelas and led a design charrette in the Station Red Bull made by Triptyque.
The Van Alen Institute International Council is a platform for exchange among leading architects, designers, developers, and planners, representing practices across more than 26 cities and 15 countries. Members meet twice annually to identify and investigate issues facing cities around the world, and to guide the impact of New York-based Van Alen Institute’s public programming, research, and design competitions.
