The contemporary language, which appears in the fickleness of fashion and vents, creates a dialogue with the tradition and history of the city of Santos through the application of Portuguese tiles on all fronts. Port city home to the largest port in Latin America, Santos carries in his history the Portuguese colonization of the captaincy of São Vicente and is currently experiencing a period of major socio-economic growth.  The main concern of the project design has been, rightly, does not obscure the history of the city, but to create the conditions for the new architecture supports the local memory
