The “Ouvidor” gallery project was conceived as a presentation device for furniture and lighting. It is a large exhibition nave with controlled darkness. </ P>

Indeed, the store captures the dazzling natural light from the north by the funnel roof and the flap on the walls of fiber cement, so that the exhibits are staged dramatically. </ p>

Ouvidor is an extension of a small shopping arcade typical of modernism in the 1950s. Its oblique shape echoes the oblique forms of the façade of this gallery. </ p>

Its structure is simple and removable: a mechanic of metal parts coated with fiber cement plates. The shop is thought of as an exhibition pavilion: ephemeral, temporary and with the “curatorial” practices of the highlighting of the movable elements.

Since 2000, Triptyque Architecture has been exploring tools for contemporary and sustainable architecture and contributing to the development of urban areas. Today based in São Paulo and Paris, the agency created by Grégory Bousquet, Carolina Bueno, Guillaume Sibaud and Olivier Raffaelli completes its 15 years of creation.
Today recognized for its contemporary work and expertise in sustainable construction, the Triptyque agency is invited to create installations that are presented at the Hong Kong / Shenzhen biennial in 2009, at the Guggenheim Museum in New York, at the London Festival of Architecture, at the Victoria & Albert Museum of London in 2010; and in the permanent collection of the Pompidou Center in Paris since January 2014.
