Schedule: 2010 – 2011

The ” Paulista ” project, designed and renovated by Triptyque, is an exceptional residence. Inhabited by the spirit of São Paulo, the renewal of this architectural penthouse has been fueled by two factors:

– The history of the Paulista and the styles of decoration that made his big days like the “modernist”. In addition, the project was inspired by the integration of the city and its spirit in every detail of the decor.

A judicious choice of materials (tiles inspired by Athos, concrete furniture, exotic wood species) … and volumes (powerful geometry “Brazilian Concretism”). Impossible to forget the urban poetry of São Paulo, through a change “street frame”, the situation of the room, literally crossed the avenue of the same name.

– The “drawing”: a free plan, the space highlighted – the highlight of this project – a tribute to the technical skills of Brazilian engineers of the 70s. Fixed elements, such as a library, a capsule showcase, a space panoramic office acoustics … make the pace of this giant penthouse. Some elements, such as the son space, take the shape of the ellipse that characterizes the openings of the buried channels under the Paulista, located under the building.

Sophistication and sensoriality are the main characteristics of this atypical and luxurious design, with a decidedly urban soul. Illustration of a radical expression of the architectural concept.
